Serving Taylor and surrounding areas, TTX PRIMARY CARE is excited to introduce an alternative care model for patients. Offering a low cost, insurance-free practice, TTX PRIMARY CARE strives to provide quality care without the stress and constraints of commercial insurance companies. With reasonable fees, TTX PRIMARY CARE can provide care to all patients without the worry of cost and coverage.

At this time, TTX PRIMARY CARE is open to new patients aged 15 and older.

TTX PRIMARY CARE provides easy and available access to high quality, affordable healthcare to Taylor and surrounding areas. By offering low-cost healthcare in an insurance-free environment, TTX PRIMARY CARE allows its providers the flexibility to care for patients without the constraints of large insurance companies. Perfect for uninsured patients or those with high deductible plans, TTX PRIMARY CARE offers an alternative to costly corporate clinics in a friendly and warm office setting.

Financial Information

TTX PRIMARY CARE also welcomes those individuals with standard insurance coverage and is happy to help patients navigate the process of obtaining reimbursement for their payments. TTX is pleased to accept patients with primary traditional Medicare B but is unable to accept Medicare Advantage plans at this time.

Straightforward Acute Visit

A simple, single complaint such as a sore throat, rash, or UTI.

  • $85 – Established Patient
  • $115 – New Patient

Complex Problem Visit

Requires higher level decision making. Examples include complex complaints such as ongoing stomach pain or management of chronic illnesses such as diabetes or hypertension management.

  • $125 – Established Patient
  • $175 – New Patient

Wellness Exam

Annual exam without complaints, includes preventative care review.

  • $220 – Established Patient
  • $250 – New Patient

Telemed Visit

For established patients only, up to 20 minutes.

  • $65 – Established Patient

Sports/School Physical

  • $50

Work Physical

  • $100

Membership Plan

TTX PRIMARY CARE also offers membership plans as an alternative and flexible financing model. Memberships are preferred options for those requiring routine or frequent follow-ups and those with chronic illnesses. Patients with ongoing needs who anticipate routine visits should consider a membership plan as the most affordable option. Memberships are also perfect for those with high deductible insurance plans. Membership options are as follows:

  • Ages 49 and under – $65/month (6 month minimum required + $100 one time registration fee)
  • Ages 50 and above – $85/month (6 month minimum required + $100 one time registration fee)

Included in membership fee:

  • Wellness Exam with basic lab panel
  • 1 monthly visit – in person or virtual
  • 20% discount on all lab and in-office procedures
  • Same day appointments
  • 10% discount on weight management program fees (weight management program not included in membership fees)

Memberships paid in full at time of registration will receive a 10% discount.
Visits that extend outside of membership benefits will be charged at regular rates with a 10% discount.
