TTX PRIMARY CARE is focused on helping patients receive the services they need and deserve. We understand that cost is a huge factor when it comes to scheduling treatments, and our goal is to provide low-cost service options that are budget-friendly for everyone, including uninsured patients.
We believe medical insurance should not dictate the services a patient receives. Instead, treatment plans should be a collaboration between the patient and their primary care provider, and our reasonable pricing options are designed to help make this goal a reality. Contact UsTTX PRIMARY CARE does not currently accept commercial insurance. We are considered “out of network” with all commercial carriers, and we do not file claims with commercial insurance plans. For patients with commercial insurance, we are happy to provide itemized receipts needed so that patients can file claims with their insurers. Payment is due at the time of service, and any insurance reimbursement will be issued directly to the insured and not to TTX PRIMARY CARE. We understand the insurance process can be difficult to understand and navigate, and encourage patients to contact their carriers for further instruction on filing claims.
At the current time, TTX PRIMARY CARE accepts new patients with “traditional” Medicare B and any secondary insurance. TTX PRIMARY CARE does file claims on behalf of our Medicare B patients. While we do not currently accept Medicare Advantage Plans, we are working at expanding our capability of accepting a wide array of Medicare plans.
Membership Plan
TTX PRIMARY CARE also offers membership plans as an alternative and flexible financing model. Memberships are preferred options for those requiring routine or frequent follow-ups and those with chronic illnesses. Patients with ongoing needs who anticipate routine visits should consider a membership plan as the most affordable option. Memberships are also perfect for those with high deductible insurance plans. Membership options are as follows:
- Ages 49 and under – $65/month (6 month minimum required + $100 one time registration fee)
- Ages 50 and above – $85/month (6 month minimum required + $100 one time registration fee)
Included in membership fee:
- Wellness Exam with basic lab panel
- 1 monthly visit – in person or virtual
- 20% discount on all lab and in-office procedures
- Same day appointments
- 10% discount on weight management program fees (weight management program not included in membership fees)
Memberships paid in full at time of registration will receive a 10% discount.
Visits that extend outside of membership benefits will be charged at regular rates with a 10% discount.
